A pre-school programme for children aged 3 to 4 years. Parents/guardians can sit back and watch their little one have lots of fun whilst learning some basic gymnastic skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, swings, balance beam walking and lots of other wonderful life skills. As with all our programmes, these classes promote confident body movement and help children learn in an environment that is encouraging and structured. Introducing young children to sport and physical activity early can help instil a love of movement early on and gymnastics gives all children a great foundation for any sport they may want to do later in life.
