A wonderful programme full of exploration and play for our youngest members. For children aged between 15 months and 3 years, parents/guardians assist young children as they learn all about how their bodies work using bright and colourful equipment with friendly and enthusiastic coaches. We introduce participants to running, jumping, skipping, rolling, turning, swinging and more. Gymnastics at this age is a great complement to other developmental activities and can really help build confidence in young children, develop balance and coordination as well as gross and fine motor skills. It’s also a great way for parents to meet new people.
